Very well made game, but I found the gameplay loop underwhelming. It largely functions as a text based have with some nice graphics on top of it. The core of the game is figuring out what types of games work well with different styles. Then it increasingly gets more complicated as you need to choose other selections to mix in and try not to get anything wrong. I played for the entire duration of a 3 hour flight and by the end the have just felt very repetitive and unfulfilling.

I love trying out all the different combinations to figure out what works well together and what areas need focus on each! I did get softlocked at one point after hiring only one employee and starting development on a medium game. I didn't have enough staff to assign tasks, and couldn't leave that screen. It would be nice to have been warned about that, or have it require 3 staff in order to even select it.

This is by far one of the best games I've played on my phone in years. The level of detail thoughtfully planned with simplicity is honestly very rewarding as a player. The amount of appreciation I have as a player is set by the pacing of the game and its dynamic choices. Every choice and action is similar to a real game developer and nothing is more satisfying. There is many ways the game could be improved or expanded. Well done 11/5 stars awarded!
