About this app

Just Run is a simple workout app to help you get running. I made this app to get myself off the couch and start running to get to 5K. Stick to the workout plan, and you'll be able to run 5K in 9 weeks. It really does work!

If you're already able to run 5K, Just Run also has a 6-week plan to help you get up to 10K!

Workout Plans
- Zero to 5K: Gets you from absolute zero running experience to 5K in just 9 weeks, with three 30-minute workouts per week
- 5K to 10K: If you can already run 5K, or have finished Zero to 5K, this plan gets you to 10K in only 6 weeks

Features
📅 Target dates for each workout, calculated based on your progress, and optimal exercise days
📣 Choose from multiple trainer voices, which tell you exactly when to run and walk
📱 Lock screen notification so you don't need to unlock your phone to check your progress
🚫 No ads! Ads are no fun, so Just Run has no ads!
🎵 Works with music, audiobook and podcast apps - Just Run will briefly lower the volume of the other app when prompting you to run and walk, so you'll never miss a prompt
🔽 Tiny download (less than 3MB), so Just Run will take up very little space on your device
➕ Upgrade to Premium to get more trainer voices, multiple theme options, and to support continued development of Just Run

I'd love to hear how you're getting on with Just Run. You can email me at run@jupli.com.

Just Run is the successor to Syncostyle's 5K Trainer and B210K Trainer. If you liked those, Just Run will feel very familiar!

What a simple, yet incredibly useful app! And and the bulk of the app is free, without ads and it doesn't even require half a dozen permissions. I think the only permission I had to give it was the ability to run in the background so I could listen to music/audiobooks while also using the app. It's great!

I was skeptical about this app being free with no ads, but it's definitely delivered! - On day 1, I had multiple rests to stop my lungs from exploding, but now I'm on day 2 of week 3, and I'm able to go the full time without loosing my breath, I may still have to take a pause for leg cramps but each day I train those are more few and far between. - If you're on the fence about this app, go ahead and download it and give it a try. The free version has everything you need!

Get this app! Simple execution, wonderfully designed, and easily navigable. Bought the premium because supporting the developer is easy when they're down to earth, don't bombard you with ads, and it's a one-time payment of 3 bucks. Even if you're not actively training for a 5k or 10k, it's a very helpful app that can stay on in the background while you listen to music.
